This website is owned and operated by Ju Xiang Food Industries Sdn Bhd based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah [981649-V]. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Ju Xiang website. By using, visiting, or shopping at the Ju Xiang Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as the other policies posted on the Ju Xiang website. By displaying products on the Site, Ju Xiang is making an offer to sell such products only to those who are legally capable of accepting and do accept such offer on the terms and conditions set out herein.

SITE ACCESS
Ju Xiang grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and make non-commercial use of the Site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify the Site or any portion of the Site, except with the express written consent of Ju Xiang.  Ju Xiang also grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to create and display a hyperlink to the home page of the Site so long as the link does not portray Ju Xiang in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise offensive matter.

The design, selection, arrangement, coordination and compilation of all Content on the Site are the exclusive property of Ju Xiang and are protected by applicable copyright laws. All software used on the Site is the property of Ju Xiang or its software suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

INTERNATIONAL ACCESS
This Site may be accessed from countries other than Malaysia. This Site may contain references to products that are not applicable to outside of Malaysia. If you access and use this Site outside Malaysia you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged. If you have been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund in the amount of the charge.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Ju Xiang reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

PRICING POLICY
All merchandises are charged in Ringgit Malaysia. Prices are subject to change without notice. The pricing of any particular product will change depending on the batch supplied by our supplier. Non-Ringgit Malaysia currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING POLICY
The delivery times provided by Ju Xiang are estimates only. Ju Xiang will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Ju Xiang cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
Ju Xiang ensures that all merchandises are inspected before dispatch. However, should there be any mistake made by our part, or if you are unhappy with your item, we will happily exchange or refund your item.

– Provided the item and its packaging are in its original, unopened condition, and undamaged. Failure to comply will not be entitled for refund.

Time frames your exchange or refund must be made within 7 days from the date received of goods. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

MODIFICATION TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ju Xiang reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time.  It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use each time before using the Site.  Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.  You agree that all subsequent purchases by you, all Submissions and all other uses of the Site will be subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, which shall apply until Ju Xiang posts a modified Terms of Use and then in accordance with such modified Terms of Use.
